　　央广网广州12月21日消息 (记者冯会玲)据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，截至目前，广东全省人感染H7N9禽流感确诊病例6例，加上12月初香港地区发生的2例，深圳及周边城市仅12月就发现8例人感染H7N9禽流感。专家表示，目前H7N9出现区域性特点，不排除病毒存在有限人传人的能力。

　　广东省卫生部门负责人表示，广东已经进入的人感染H7N9禽流感病例的易发多发期，中国工程院院士钟南山认为目前H7N9还属于散发状态，但明显具有区域性的特点。

　　钟南山：现在还是一个散发的表现，但是加上一个特点是带有区域性，所谓区域性就是在阳江结果来珠江三角洲到深圳这么一个区域性，这个区域连续发现几个我们要高度的警惕。

　　钟南山表示目前医务人员正在对病毒进行测序，就是为了及时监测病毒是否发生变异，目前依然不排除H7N9病毒存在有限人传人的能力。

　　钟南山：现在在短时间增加了几例，我们现在想搞清楚它的测序有没有什么特殊的变化。到现在为止我们所观察的一共150多例，有两例看起来有可能像是有限的人传人，因为它有一定的特殊条件，这两例家庭都是非常密切的接触的，这个就说明不能完全人传人，但非常有限。

　　广东病例入院医疗时大多病情较重，钟南山提醒医务人员对一些出现症状的病人要反复检测。

　　钟南山：有的开始是阴性的，有一些是它的试剂不太合格，第二就是部位，光是咽拭子是不够的，现在比较重要的是下呼吸道，所以提高检测率是非常重要，凡是出现流感症状要反复的检测。

　　中国疾控中心流感中心主任舒跃龙说，冬季本来就是流感病毒高发季节，病毒在外面的环境中较为活跃，存活时间较长，H7N9散发病例有可能会相继发生。

　　舒月龙：应该说主要还是第一个尽量避免和活禽的接触，包括活禽市场，从今年春节看来活禽市场确实是一个高风险的场所。
