　　中新社宜昌12月20日电 (记者 郭晓莹)12月20日，据中国长江三峡集团公司环境保护委员会顾问王儒述透露，截至2013年11月30日，三峡电厂累计发电7045亿千瓦时，售电收入达1831亿元人民币，三峡工程已经收回投资成本。

　　“三峡工程与生态环境研讨会”当日在宜昌举行。王儒述在会上表示，1992年国家批准的三峡工程建设的静态投资概算为900.9亿元，当时并未考虑资金消耗中有物价指数的变化和银行利息消耗等，后追加900亿元，最终三峡工程动态投资达到1800亿元。

　　三峡电站总装机容量2250万千瓦，年发电量1000亿千瓦时，是世界上最大的水电站，于2003年正式发电。

　　“事实上，三峡工程因为要兼顾防洪、补水等社会效益，三峡电站的年发电量并未达到1000亿千瓦时。”王儒述说，以2012年为例，当年伊泰普水电站发电共982.87亿千瓦时，位居世界第一，三峡电站的装机容量比伊泰普水电站高出60%，但其2012年发电量仅为981.07亿千瓦时，低于伊泰普水电站。(完)
