此前，有不少民众质疑纪委微信公众平台未开通信访举报的功能，梅河清表示，这项功能在一些技术方面，如数据交换标准和信息安全规范等，还需要经过充分的详细论证，在确保数据安全可靠的前提下，并经上级机关同意，方能开通，目前这项工作正在积极探索。
