昨天，杭州市环保局完成了对钱塘江源水水质的监测109项指标全分析。之前得出的42项指标，未发现指标异常。昨天，杭州市饮水应急办公布了《地表水环境质量标准（GB3838-2002）》中其余67项指标的化验分析结果。
监测结果表明：各项指标的监测数据，和历史监测数据相比，无异常情况。
省委省政府高度重视杭州自来水事件，日前已启动了钱塘江流域水环境安全应急预案。
在前天下午召开的钱塘江水质异味处置专题会议上，杭州市委副书记、代市长张鸿铭说：“饮用水水源的安全，事关人民群众的生命健康，事关全市社会和谐稳定大局。必须采取强有力措施，全力以赴排查原因，不惜代价提升水质，确保饮用水质量安全。”
12个检查组日夜连续排查
现场嗅辨水质异味有所减轻
杭州市环保局说，这项监测是从12月15日开始进行的。杭州市环境监测中心站对照《地表水环境质量标准（GB3838-2002）》中109项指标，监测了九溪水厂饮用水源的水质109项和总有机碳。
109项指标无异常，但嗅味又确实存在，为了追根溯源，目前，杭州市环保局已委托国内外科研院所、权威机构对钱塘江源水水质开展检测。
据@浙江环保（浙江省环保厅官微）消息，省委省政府高度重视杭州自来水事件，日前已启动了钱塘江流域水环境安全应急预案。连日来，省环保厅领导带队与杭州市一同对钱塘江流域的工业企业进行全面排查，对沿江嗅辨，对水样进行监测。杭州市已减少对有异味水供应，加大新水源调度和处理密度，确保水质标准。
近年来，钱塘江流域突发环境事件呈高发态势，往往影响两个及两个以上地区，事故应对的难度较大。为加强上下游地区联合应对跨行政区域突发环境事件的能力，提高应急处置工作效率，保障全流域饮用水水源安全，早在10月底，《钱塘江流域跨行政区域突发环境事件环保部门应急联动工作机制》的通知，已经下发到杭州市、金华、衢州市环保局。
昨天上午，杭州市环保系统共派出了12个现场检查组，其中8个组分赴建德、桐庐、富阳、萧山、下沙、之江、临安、余杭，与属地环保部门一起全面排查，其他3个检查组在省环保厅的统一组织下，赶赴钱塘江上游区域开展上溯排查，剩下的1个小组和杭州市港航部门，从建德梅城坐船经水路向上游排查。
从昨天的现场嗅辨结果看：九溪、南星水厂取水口水质异味较前几日有所减轻。
水厂提高检测频率
投加粉末活性炭和臭氧
我们的热线电话中，很多市民仍然对自来水能不能喝心存疑虑。要告诉大家的还有几点——
杭州市城管委会同城投集团，对自来水生产进行了调度，增加了有深度处理的水厂的供应能力，减少没有深度处理的自来水的供应量。
杭州市水务集团对钱塘江水源各水厂化验室的嗅和味监测频率提高了1次/2小时，制水班组检测频率提高到1次/小时，嗅味已经减轻。另外，他们还对相关水厂投加了粉末活性炭的应急措施，对南星、清泰水厂增加了臭氧投放量。
杭州市卫生局组织卫生监督人员，对相关市政水厂日常供水及应急处置情况进行卫生监督调查，并组织杭州市疾病预防控制中心对出厂水、管网末梢水水质进行监测。
从检测情况来看，42项常规项目中除嗅和味异常外，其余指标均正常，目前正在做水质全项检测。
杭州市林水局已经恳请省防指支持，协调新安江水电厂下泄流量，昨天8点，新安江出库流量为61.6立方米/秒，富春江出库流量为1070立方米/秒，之江站流量为242立方米/秒。截至昨天15点，新安江出库流量为264 立方米/秒，富春江出库流量为724立方米/秒，之江站流量为1270立方米/秒。
