　　对此，气象部门最新回应表示，拉萨市上空出现的并非"雾霾"天气，而是"浮尘"天气。造成这次浮尘天气的原因主要是由于气温回升，温度梯度落差变大，冷暖空气在高原地区对峙，大风使干燥、疏松的地表形成扬沙、沙尘暴。

　　另外，对于"浮沉"天气不用过度担心，2007年1月中旬，2010年4月，当时全国绝大部分城市没有出现雾霾天气的时候，拉萨也都出现过浮尘天气。

　　此外，不能用一天天气好坏来代表拉萨市整体天气状况。数据显示，去年拉萨市环境空气质量优良天数达到364天，今年前三季度，空气优良率为99.3%。
