施工挖墙发现木材
据了解，侨香村是大型安居工程，定向分配给机关事业单位人员，可谓深圳最后一片福利房，民间称之为“公务员小区”。据媒体报道，该小区于2011年11月份开始入住，华润万家有限公司在竞得配套商场承租权后，于2012年5月进场装修。
华润按照原规划设计于1栋B、C座的塔楼核心筒顶部安装冷却塔的计划，曾遭业主反对，后请华西建筑设计院重新设计了冷却塔安置施工计划。根据该设计，从负二层制冷主机到连接冷却塔的管道要经过建筑的地下空间，并打穿部分墙体。而业主在与施工方交涉过程中，发现施工方取出的墙体中竟含有整段木材。
业主：减力墙不该打孔也不该有木材
昨日，业主指引南都记者找到了挖出的部分墙体，灰色的混凝土中，清晰可见两根整段的木材夹在其中，木材截面为长方形，约三四厘米宽、八九厘米长。
“这个地方本来应该是钢筋的。”一些业主对于混凝土里面含有整段木材非常吃惊。业主中一位基建管理方面的高级工程师称，根据他的初步勘测，施工方挖穿的墙体是减力墙，而非一般的分隔墙，本身就不应该钻孔打穿，而打穿挖出的墙体含有木材更不应该，因为此处按照行业法规以及有关建设工程施工的国家标准，都应该是钢筋混凝土才对。
一些业主更提出被挖的很多墙体都是地下人防工程墙，不管是挖穿还是墙里面含有木材，都极大影响了该工程的作用。
部门回应
深圳住建局工作人员：
木方价贵过混凝土

被钻挖墙体是不是减力墙，有承重作用？墙体内又为何含有整段木材，是否涉嫌偷工减料？事发大楼外墙上显示，建设单位是原深圳市国土资源和房产管理局(已变更为深圳市住房和建设局)，施工单位是深圳市建工集团股份有限公司，监理单位是深圳市霍克建设监理有限公司。
昨日南都记者联系深圳市住建局，对方很快责令项目建设单位市建筑工务署牵头，派人赶往现场核查此事。昨日在现场，建筑工程质量监督站的一位工作人员称，根据现场的勘察，被挖下来的其中一块含有木材的墙体“比较像减力墙，像外墙”，不过这位工作人员不认为整个建筑工程质量有大问题，因为“木方的价格比混凝土贵”，可能是个别工人扔进去的。
不过相关部门目前不能完全确定，表示要等施工方华润过来，以确定这些混凝土具体是从哪块地方挖出来的，至于施工方钻挖墙体的行为是否会对整体建筑产生影响，需要原建筑设计单位前来勘察。市住建局表示调查清楚后会及时向媒体通报。
