本月17号深圳市交通运输委，发布了深圳市路边临时停车收费的一个管理方案，方案中也首次提到了我们全体市民比较关心的，路边停车收费标准。这个收费标准具体就将全市分为三类区域，一类区域收费高于二类，二类高于三类，工作日高于非工作日，白天收费高于晚上。按照管理方案白天收费标准是从7点半到22点，晚上22点到第二天7点半是免费的。一类区域也就是原特区内一些比较繁华、比较拥堵的一些区域。所以工作日的收费标准，就是每半小时5块钱，然后半小时之后每半小时再收费10块钱。
方案未确定具体什么时间实施，本月28号就是下周六会举行听证会。在早前深圳市已经发了听政公告，就是要全体市民报名，已经选出了12名听政参加人，有6个是市民代表、还有2个人大代表、还有两名政协委员，一名行业协会代表、还有一名停车场经营管理者代表，另外还设立了8名旁听人员。
根据深圳市教委有一个计划，他有一个比较详细的规划，前期就选择一些原特区内的一些交通比较拥堵、路面停车秩序比较混乱的一些区域，比如说先选了四个片区，然后福田中心区南片区，然后南山中心区、还有一个罗湖田贝片区，就在这四个片区周围临时停车管理的试点片区。
