继上月初通报8起违反中央八项规定精神的典型案件，北京市纪委昨日再次通报9起典型案件。这些案件涉及公款旅游、违规发放钱物等，并已对相关人员给予党纪、政纪处分。其中，因违规发放津贴补贴和公款旅游，东城区城管执法局局长郭立峰被撤销党内职务和行政撤职。
多数案件涉企事业单位
上月初，北京市纪委对8起违反中央八项规定精神的典型案件进行了通报，涉及局级领导干部5人，处级领导干部11人。其中：公款出国旅游2起，公款旅游1起，赌博1起，挥霍公款3起，大操大办婚礼1起。市纪委及有关单位对相关人员给予了党纪处分。
昨天，市纪委再次通报了9起典型案件，15名相关人员受到党纪、政纪处分。
与上一次通报案件主要涉及党政机关不同，昨天通报的9起案件中，大部分涉及企事业单位。包括：2007年至2011年，电影博物馆虚报、冒领财政资金1492万余元，用于给职工发放效益奖、加班费等；首都师范大学党委副书记林蓉蓉等人公款旅游等等。
东城区城管局长被撤职
据通报，2012年12月以来，东城区城管执法局以节日加班补助为由，给职工发放提货券、洗衣卡等，共计165万余元。今年9月12日至14日，该局组织职工到河北承德公款旅游。
通报显示，市纪委监察局给予该局局长郭立峰撤销党内职务和行政撤职处分，给予局党组书记徐金孝党内严重警告处分。
市纪委表示，群众路线教育实践活动开展以来，全市各级党组织着力解决“四风”等方面突出问题，正风肃纪工作取得了明显成效。
市纪委要求，元旦、春节将至，各级领导机关、领导干部要认真贯彻落实中央八项规定精神和北京市15条实施意见，坚决执行《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》、《党政机关国内公务接待管理规定》以及中央纪委近期发出的有关严禁公款购买赠送贺年卡、烟花爆竹等年货节礼通知要求，带头正风肃纪，自觉接受监督。

2010年至2013年，北京农业职业学院用公款购买了168万余元的购物卡，用于给职工发放福利等。市纪委给予学院党委副书记周广和党内严重警告处分，市监察局给予学院副院长程文华警告处分。
北京京演文化设施运营管理有限责任公司总经理杨林萍、新奥集团有限公司总经济师魏莉等人公款出国旅游。
2013年4月15日至24日，京演文化设施运营公司组团赴德国等国考察，魏莉受邀参加。该团除进行半天公务活动外，其余时间公款旅游，调查期间该团退出公款旅游费用。市纪委给予魏莉党内警告处分，给予杨林萍党内严重警告处分。
北京金隅混凝土有限公司挥霍浪费公共财产。
2012年12月15日，金隅混凝土有限公司举办“2012年度客户答谢会”，安排了演出、抽奖等娱乐活动，共计支出300万余元。金隅集团纪委给予公司经理郝智涛党内严重警告处分，给予公司党委书记苗庆伟党内警告处分。

平谷区文化馆组织工作人员公款旅游。
2013年9月，平谷区文化馆组织工作人员赴辽宁参加活动，借机游览了克什克腾旗、赤峰市等多个景点，额外支出1.4万余元。平谷区纪委给予该馆党支部书记、馆长刘春雨党内警告处分。
