In support of Arab countries and China strengthen cooperation for common development. The Sino-Arab cooperation has great potential and broad prospects. China is ready to work to realize national rejuvenation, "Chinese dream" people's pursuit of national prosperity and revitalization of the dream and the Arab States, strengthen practical cooperation in all fields and bring more benefits to the Arab masses, so that cooperation between the two sides benefit more people.
In support of Arab countries to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests. Arab States are important and equal members of the international community. China is against terrorism, human rights as a pretext to undermine the dignity of the Arab nation, will strengthen the coordination and cooperation with the Party on key issues, better management of the parties and the interests of the vast number of developing countries.
Wang noted that China believes that the development of Arab States, development is the basis for settlement of all issues and key Arab countries want stability, stability is the prerequisite for achieving development; Arab States to unite, only unity is strength, in order to better maintain the fundamental and long-term interests of the Arab States. 王毅表示，中国始终从战略高度和长远角度看待和推进与阿拉伯国家关系。新形势下，中国对阿拉伯国家政策可概括为四个“支持”：
支持阿拉伯国家坚定走自己选择的道路。我们理解阿拉伯人民的变革诉求，希望阿拉伯国家尽快找到符合自身国情的政治体制和发展道路。任何外部势力都没有权力替阿拉伯国家和人民做出决定。
支持阿拉伯国家通过政治手段解决热点问题。坚持对话化解分歧，通过谈判解决争端。中方支持中东和平进程，愿积极参与并推动地区热点问题的政治解决。
支持阿拉伯国家与中国加强合作，共同发展。中阿合作有着巨大潜力和广阔前景。中方愿把实现民族复兴的“中国梦”与阿拉伯国家人民追求民族繁荣振兴的梦想相对接，加强双方各领域务实合作，给阿拉伯民众带来更多利益，使双方合作成果惠及更多民生。
支持阿拉伯国家维护自身的正当权益。阿拉伯国家是国际社会重要和平等成员。中方反对以反恐、人权等为借口损害阿拉伯民族的尊严，愿与阿方就重大问题加强协调合作，更好维护中阿双方及广大发展中国家利益。
王毅指出，中方认为，阿拉伯国家要发展，发展是解决一切问题的基础和钥匙；阿拉伯国家要稳定，稳定是实现发展的必要前提；阿拉伯国家要团结，只有团结才有力量，才能更好维护阿拉伯国家的根本和长远利益。在阿拉伯国家发展、稳定、团结进程中，中国将与阿拉伯国家站在一起。
