记者随即联系马村区委宣传部，宣传部负责人说，该事的确存在，12月20日下午3:00左右，马村区待王办事处依法对义门村某违法建筑进行拆除时，该违法建筑物所有人王国凤在拆除现场突然声称喝下农药。目前王国凤生命体征稳定，无生命危险。
马村区政府已决定马上成立工作小组对事件立即展开调查，一旦发现违法建筑拆除过程中存在违法、违纪行为，将依法依纪严肃处理。

针对网贴《河南一女子喝农药抗议政府强拆》反映的问题，现就有关情况通报如下：
2013年12月20日下午3:00左右，马村区待王办事处依法对义门村某违法建筑进行拆除时，该违法建筑物所有人王国凤在拆除现场突然声称喝下农药。得知这一情况后，办事处第一时间将其送至医院进行检查、诊治，安排专人进行全程陪护并支付相关费用。据了解，目前王国凤生命体征稳定，无生命危险。
接到待王办事处的情况报告后，马村区委、区政府紧急召开会议进行研究，决定马上成立工作小组对事件立即展开调查，一旦发现违法建筑拆除过程中存在违法、违纪行为，将依法依纪严肃处理。
