广西全德律师事务所律师钟宏斌说，这一事件中，过错在政府方，如果政府相关部门出面要求终止妊娠，引产过程中如果出现突发状况或不孕不育等后遗症，政府就必须承担责任，“如果对孕妇身体造成损害，政府就要赔偿；没损害也应该适当给予人道主义补偿。”
