　　今年入冬以来，内蒙古锡林郭勒盟普遍无大的降雪过程。气象资料显示，11月份，锡林郭勒盟大部地区降水量较常年同期偏少20%至90%。同时，气温较常年同期偏高3摄氏度至5摄氏度，其中乌拉盖、东乌珠穆沁旗出现有气象记录以来同期最暖年。

　　进入12月后，锡林郭勒盟只出现2次大范围小雪天气，降雪总量不超过2.5毫米，没有形成有效积雪。

　　尽管降雪稀少，但据当地气象局调查，随着现代牧业化生产进程的推进，牧区防灾能力不断提高，预计今年牧区冬季基本不受无雪的困扰。

　　内蒙古气象台的信息显示，近期内蒙古大部都是晴到多云天气，预计24日之后，内蒙古中东部地区有小雪，东北部地区有中雪，局部地区偏大，气温将下降6摄氏度到8摄氏度，建议各地及时调整农牧业生产方式，减少不必要的风险或损失。
