Microsoft is still trying to locate their new CEO. Rob Enderle并没有像其他分析师一样对新CEO的人选做出预测，他仅从微软公司的角度阐述了究竟下一任CEO将具备哪些特质。他表示，新的CEO必须是鲍尔默和乔布斯的集合体，只有兼具两者的优势才能保证微软长期盈利。

他进一步解释道，“微软需要一个独特的候选人，这个人必须兼具鲍尔默的业务能力和乔布斯的技术能力。虽然很可能找不到这样完美的人，但是微软一直在努力寻找最接近的人选。”

微软此前表示新一任CEO将于2014年初任命，我们拭目以待。
