城市级别越高对信息消费满意度越低

中消协于2013年第四季度在北京、上海、广州、深圳等4个一线城市,以及沈阳、西安、成都等8个二线城市开展了信息消费调研工作。

网站购物男女有别

调查还显示,对网购网站的选择上男女有所差异。比如,经常使用淘宝网、天猫购物的女性消费者稍多于男性消费者,而男性消费者使用京东商城的比例稍高于女性消费者。

从收入看,收入越高使用天猫、京东商城、亚马逊购物的消费者比例越高。从城市看,相比一线城市,二线城市经常使用淘宝网以及天猫的消费者较多,而一线城市使用京东商城购物的消费者比例高于二线城市。

各个电商的综合满意度均较高。消费者对于电商提供的购物信息最不满意的原因主要集中在虚假产品信息过多,产品描述不清晰、不全面,或夸大描述与实物不符。

专家破先乱后治魔咒

中国消费者协会副会长兼秘书长姜天波表示,随着互联网的发展,网络信息安全也越来越多地受到关注。在中消协收到的投诉中,在服务领域,互联网投诉排在投诉第四位,每年大约接到1万件投诉。

姜天波认为,维护好信息消费安全应该破解先乱后治的魔咒让信息消费有章可循。有关部门应及时出台有力措施,及时修订和完善相关法规和规章。
