记者又尝试联系了该网店的店主，发现对方手机关机，该网店也显示“淘宝正在对该店铺进行盘点，请稍后再试”的提示字样。
记者随即联系淘宝客服，一名工作人员称，这是淘宝对该店铺进行了关停。“店铺卖家存在被盗或违规等原因，被淘宝关闭。”该工作人员说，对于邓先生这种情况，应及时报警。
移动客服：从未发行此类上网卡
昨日下午，记者还致电10086进行了咨询。一名客服人员表示，移动公司目前并没有发售此类上网卡。“根本没有所谓的无限流量上网卡，如果有，也是有人利用系统或网络漏洞进行操作，一经查实，我们会封补漏洞。”该客服人员说，情节严重的，甚至会对该卡进行封停。
