  新华社重庆12月24日电 (记者 王晓磊)记者从重庆市国资委获悉,重庆调整市属国有重点企业领导人员管理体制,严格执行领导人员到龄退休政策,对所有年满60岁的企业领导人员一律办理退休手续,截至目前共办理了免职退休49人。


  近年来,社会普遍关注国企领导人员到龄退休后返聘现象。一些人按规定已到退休年龄,但又通过返聘重新“上岗”。


  重庆市国资委党委书记、副主任胡际权说,目前市国资委已经配合市委组织部,完成了市属国有重点企业领导人员管理体制调整,严格执行企业领导人员到龄退休规定,对所有年满60岁的企业领导人员,一律办理了退休手续。


  目前已办理免职退休的49人中,有集团正职28人,副职领导、资深经理和骨干子企业正职领导21人。


  完善国企人事任免机制,是重庆本轮国企改革的重要内容之一。作为老工业基地的重庆近年来国企发展迅速,目前资产总额居全国第4位。
