  每个商家在一个个隔断间里经营着鞋帽、饰品和服装,这些隔断如棋盘状分布,密集得就像一个个蜂巢,每个面积大约10余平方米,多数隔断的空间被到处堆放的货物挤占,几乎没有落脚之地,外面则是笔直且容易迷路的通道,没有生意的时候,商户更愿意坐在相对开阔的过道里聊天、玩手机。

  聚龙服装市场位于地下,一如动批其他的服装市场般拥挤、热闹。临近一个出口,摊主赵姐(化名)坐在板凳上,看着自己不到10平方米的摊位,五颜六色的衣服挂在铁丝网上。她在聚龙经商已有4年,算这里的老人儿了。


  赵姐是东北人,不到40岁,为了这个月租金2万元的摊位能多个帮手,她的丈夫也来到北京。每天早上6点半,赵姐的摊位就开张了,一直到下午4点半。也就是说,赵姐和她丈夫每天要在地下室的环境里待上10个小时。


  她是个爱美的人,挑选的服装款式也很新潮、漂亮。这些服装都是她向外地的服装厂订做的。每年,赵姐一半时间跑业务,春节刚过就要南下进夏天最新款的衣服。


  虽然常年劳累,但赵姐越来越感到生意不好做了,“前两年衣服卖得挺好,今年明显不行了,每月挣的刚够交租金。”


  赵姐的情况不是个例,很多商户感到了生存的压力。展览路街道此前进行的一份调研数据显示,七成商户月收入不到1.5万元。张平(化名)在聚龙市场卖鞋,客人总是看的多,买的少。“一双靴子不到300元,连大商场的零头都不到,还都嫌贵。”张平对此很费解。


  上午不忙的时候,赵姐偶尔看新闻知道动批要搬到河北廊坊的消息。“如果是真的,我肯定不去,还不如回老家呢。”赵姐平淡地说,动物园已经形成规模,好歹能撑下去,廊坊那边消费水平低,人也少,搬过去不赚钱。

  从马路市场到服装商圈


  上世纪八十年代中期,动物园附近有一批路边服装摊位,后来形成马路市场,但此时的动批名不见经传。

  2007年年初,天乐市场要拆迁的消息又带火了一把动批。“很多东西疯狂甩卖。”经常逛动批的徐小姐对此记忆犹新。


  2007年后,世纪天乐、聚龙等大型服装批发市场鼎立,构成动物园服装商圈,成就了动批作为北京三大服装集散地之一的江湖地位,租金也飞涨,以东鼎大厦为例,位置不好的摊位最低8000元,贵的1.2万元以上。


  截至今年,动批的营业面积达30万平方米,服装批发摊位约1.3万个,从业人员超过3万人,年营业额200多亿元,日均客流量超过10万人。此外,相关餐饮、快递也发展迅速,世纪天乐服装市场外,一位张姓快递摊主月收入近万。
