林凯旋同时表示，这些博文故意捏造事实诽谤自诉人，实际浏览次数最高达322877次，且该博客浏览次数仍在持续增加。自诉人请求法院依法认定胡建东诽谤罪名成立，并从重处以刑罚。

海南省政协官网显示，2013年1月7日，政协海南省第五届委员会常务委员会第二十七次会议通过的海南省政协第六届委员会委员名单中，“林宏润”以中国致公党党员身份当选。吊诡的是，“林宏润”身份证被注销后，现在仍为海南省政协委员。
政协委员变身？
户籍登记资料显示，“林宏润”配偶为“林映男”(身份证尾号1329)，藏族，同是在万宁市公安局山根派出所注册登记，注册时间也是1999年5月20日。胡建东称，“林映男”即林凯旋(身份证尾号0026，广东陆丰籍)。但林凯旋对此予以否认。
但在工商部门的两份《法定代表人信息》中，2013年6月3日，广东烨龙集团钢铁有限公司法定代表人为“林映男”，6月4日变更为林凯旋。这两份工商资料法定代表人的联系电话相同，尾数均为“5468”。
佛山市顺德区南货仓储商贸有限公司负责人冯志锐称，在广州林凯旋以真名与胡建东打官司，“在顺德变成林映男，以林映男的名字与我们打官司。她虚假诉讼，法院判她败诉后，却拒不执行法院判决。”
记者发现，甚至在同一案件中也有姓名转换。2013年4月24日，(2013)穗天法民二初字第935号开庭传票中，广东烨龙集团有限责任公司起诉胡建东，案由是“股权转让纠纷”，判决书认定法定代表人是“林宏润”。2013年7月30日，广东烨龙集团有限责任公司不服一审判决上诉至广州中院，法定代表人变成了“林桂贤”，案号是(2013)穗中法民二终字第1428号。
追问
谁为他们办理第二个身份证？
南都记者旁听了11月27日的庭审现场。在核实双方出庭人身份环节，辩护人要求法庭核实自诉人身份，审判长认为自诉人林凯旋身份属实。在法庭调查环节，辩护人询问自诉人林凯旋，“林映男是不是你？”后者回答：“不是。”
如果胡建东举报属实，谁为政协委员夫妇办理了第二个身份证？知情者透露，20世纪90年代，林氏夫妇在海南经商时结识一名政法系统官员，“这名官员为林氏的第二张身份证开了绿灯。”
11月27日的庭审现场，面对胡建东“官商勾结”的指控，林凯旋回应：“胡建东，你一派胡言，我要赐你一个姓，你要姓贾（假）。”
