通知指出，各地区各部门各单位党委(党组)要组织力量深入调研，依法加强监管，结合反“四风”活动采取有针对性的措施加以解决。要把整治“会所中的歪风”作为教育实践活动反“四风”的内容，严肃整治；在整改落实和建章立制中，提出明确要求，加强对党员干部的教育和管理，发现问题及时提醒、坚决纠正。各级纪检监察机关要加强监督执纪，盯住党员领导干部，严肃查处出入私人会所吃喝玩乐等违规违纪行为，严格责任追究，及时通报曝光，形成威慑。
通知要求，党员领导干部在教育实践活动整改落实、建章立制中要作出承诺：不出入私人会所、不接受和持有私人会所会员卡，自觉接受党组织和人民群众的监督。
