利用职务之便给他人“行方便”收受贿赂；私自套取国家资金给员工发福利。12月23日，大河网记者从平顶山市卫东区检察院获悉，原中央储备粮平顶山直属库主任、党委书记刘合存因犯受贿、私分国有资产罪被一审判处有期徒刑12年。
平顶山市卫东区检察院查明，被告人刘合存身为国家工作人员，利用职务之便，从2007年至2011年，多次非法收受他人贿赂共计人民币48.6万元，为他人谋取利益，其行为已经构成受贿罪。
刘合存在任期间，以“装卸费”的名义套取国家托市粮收购款共计89.4万余元，给全库职工重复发放收购补贴；以“误餐补助”的形式，向全库员工发放现金40余万元；以多提住房公积金的形式将直属库所提取的没有上缴的一部分公积金，共计138.5万余元，用于给全体职工发放。 刘合存涉嫌私分国有资产共计267.9万元，其行为已构成私分国有资产罪。2013年4月12日，刘合存被依法逮捕。
今年12月初，经平顶山市卫东区检察院提起公诉。平顶山市卫东区法院一审判处被告人刘合存有期徒刑12年，并处罚金3万元。同样参与私分国家资产的责任人均受到相应处罚。(蔡长伟)
