“岔道吧”曾是在“溜冰”的吸毒者中比较知名的贴吧，如今贴吧内有超过15万个帖子，注册会员1046位。鼎盛时，该贴吧一天内的帖子就能刷十几页的屏。

在贩毒的人看来，自己挣的钱虽然是暴利，但这是在拿命换钱，不管是寄1颗还是100颗冰毒，都是“把头挂在裤腰带上的”。一位贩毒的人说，就算这批货路上没事，买家身体有不对劲的地方了，被查出来后卖方也要担责任。整个交易的过程中，卖方需要承受极大的心理压力。
不同于大西，他对快递的方式抱有疑虑。凡是快递，他都要求对方先付款。他常建议“客户”在网上谈妥价格和地点后当面交易，“拿了东西在这边寄，自己空着手回去。”
