李家祥指出，2014年航空公司要强化运行管理，从航班编排、运力配置、运行规范、运行监控等方面着手，提高航班飞行正常性。
为此，机场将实行快速过站保障，提高航班放行正常率。加强对航班运行情况的监控检查，严肃处罚违反运行规范的行为，定期向社会通报航班正常情况。
