一位快递业资深人士告诉记者，收寄件验视从理论上是可以做到的，但是现实操作中快递员上门取件的验视主流还是靠肉眼识别，快递员手持检测设备对物件（特别是液体）进行检测难度很大，因为安检机非常昂贵，全国数百万快递员人手一台不现实。因此，绝大多数快递对寄件验视采取的方式是“快递员肉眼识别+转运中心统一检测”的方式。由于节约人力成本、培训成本和时间成本等问题，不少快递公司加盟商对快递员的收件验视采取“睁一只眼闭一只眼”的态度，在前端一些较小的转运中心、分拨中心未进行统一检测。快递公司更不会为了一个普通液体物品快件而专门送至检验检测机构分析，如果寄件人谎报实情，快递公司上当的可能性很大。
“由于检测和验货的时间增加，快递公司的人力成本也可能明显增加，目前，快递行业最大的成本就是人力成本，在总成本中占比达四到五成。”该人士说，目前国内一线快递员的工资主要是“基本工资+计件工资”，收寄开箱验视可能会影响原来操作不规范的一线快递员的收入。
应提高寄件人违法成本
