胡冰：辞职是为了寻找内心的力量

见到胡冰的时候，他正在填写一堆表格，做离职的最后准备工作。就在前一天，作为浙江杭州公安局余杭公安分局公共关系科科长的胡冰，在新浪微博发言，表示将辞去公安局的工作，重新寻找生活。
他在微博中说，“自己从警12年，但是应该尝试不同的挑战”。
这位被网民亲切称为“冰哥”的80后警官有数万网络粉丝，他的辞职感言发出后，引发各方猜测和联想，一些人认为胡冰是因微博言论不当被迫去职，另外一些人则支持胡冰的举动，希望他人生之路能越走越宽。
辞职引发舆论风波
一身警服朝九晚五，日子过得充实忙碌，这是胡冰对公安生活的简单介绍。胡冰个子中等，面庞白皙，一副黑框眼镜更显示出三分书生气。
“余杭公安分局的公共关系工作非常忙，我也干得很不错，这次辞职真的是内心的召唤，没有外界的一点压力。”针对外界的一些传言，胡冰开诚布公地通过《瞭望东方周刊》辟谣。他自我解嘲，在离职前的最后一个舆情应对工作，竟然就是自己辞职这件事。
他同一科室的其他年轻人在离职前的聚餐中安慰他说，这就是圆满，也是缘分。在场的本刊记者看见，胡冰听到后脸上露出他标志性的笑脸。
今年33岁的胡冰并不是杭州人，他的老家在距离杭州400多公里的浙江丽水庆元县，那里属于浙江山区，经济不发达，被称为浙江的西藏，村里的年轻人都以跳出农门为荣。
1998年，胡冰考取浙江省公安高等专科学校，这是一所位于省城杭州的大专学校，被称为“浙江公安的摇篮”，每年招募大量优秀的高中毕业学生，通过三年的艰苦培训完成学业后，充实到浙江公安工作的第一线。
因系统性警力紧缺，这些年来，浙江省公安高等专科学校作为唯一的浙江本地警校，应届毕业生几乎是“包分配”状态，考上这所学校也就意味着一只脚已经踏入到公安队伍中。胡冰还记得他考入警校后父母的欣喜之情，这也让他现在抱有一份对父母的内疚。
胡冰告诉本刊记者，在辞职微博发出后，浙江省公安系统的很多熟人都给他打电话，有一些鼓励，也有一些惋惜，但是大家都佩服胡冰能走出去的勇气，这让他至今备感温暖。
本刊记者调查获悉，浙江公安系统已经有多位民警选择辞职，一位不愿意透露姓名的辞职民警告诉本刊记者，“压力大收入低”是他辞职的主要原因。
这位民警家境优越，有家族企业作为支撑，并不缺少金钱，他本人也曾为警服梦想苦苦奋斗，并自愿去基层派出所，做一名普通的民警，处理琐碎小事，面对形形色色的犯罪嫌疑人。
三年后，他选择离职回家继承家族企业。他总结自己的职业生涯犹如一场破碎的婚姻，“理想被琐碎击碎，有时开车在路上，看到白色的警车开过，我还会停下来看一眼。”
胡冰也有类似的情感，他在微博上说，即便是脱下警服，他这辈子也有一颗蓝色的心。
警察记者的精彩人生
从履历上看，胡冰是一位比较成功的警官。
2001年，胡冰从浙江省公安高等专科学校毕业后，就分配到刑警大队工作，胡冰回忆，那时候每天接触的对象都是一些蓬头垢面或者凶神恶煞的犯罪嫌疑人，周边充满负能量，但胡冰还是做得很开心，他梦想着自己有一天成为一名破案的神探，成为警界的英雄。
但是2004年的一次意外，让他的人生轨迹发生转折。在审理一起盗窃摩托车的案件中，其中一个犯罪嫌疑人患有严重的乙肝，胡冰因连年高强度加班，身体素质下降，不幸被传染。
单位安排胡冰到医院治疗半年，这位年轻的警察在医院里重新思考人生，并思考自己是否能重新回到刑侦第一线。
那段时间公安系统内部有一次征文比赛，胡冰就写了一篇散文参加征文，后来他得知自己拿到一等奖。余杭公安分局的领导得知胡冰得奖的消息，又看了一下他的文章，告诉他，你去公共关系科吧。
性格外向的胡冰就这样成为杭州记者们的朋友。一位长期跑公安口的都市报记者告诉《瞭望东方周刊》，因新闻与案件保密性的冲突，或者其他的原因，公安口有时候是比较难打交道的，但是与胡冰打交道从未觉得累。
这位记者与胡冰打交道的时间已经超过五年，他说，一些案子情况不能完全公开报道，通过胡冰的协调和争取，也能写出一些公开的信息，对于这样的关系，他总结为“有信任的双赢”。
余杭公安分局宽松的工作环境给了胡冰发挥的空间，作为一个县局级单位，宣传科做彩印的杂志和报纸专版，并在电视台做专题片宣传报道警务工作，他开始思考如何处理警媒关系，如何维护单位的整体形象。
2010年前后，微博作为一个新事物出现在网络，它改变了网络信息传播的途径，一些重大社会事件能够在很短的时间内得到快速广泛的传播，这也给公安宣传工作带来新的压力。作为公共关系科科长的胡冰果断说服领导，开设余杭公安的官方微博，经过科室同仁的一起努力，目前余杭公安还是全国公安微博的前十强。
对于胡冰的突然辞职，单位里的很多同事都表示难以理解，在他们看来，作为余杭公安分局最年轻的正科级警官，胡冰可谓前途无量。
人生的宽度不一样
在胡冰发微博表示自己正在办辞职手续时，一些网友猜测胡冰的辞职跟他在今年10月份温岭杀医案时的言论有莫大关系。
10月25日，浙江温岭发生一起震惊全国的恶性事件，一名久治不愈的鼻炎患者拿着尖刀来到温岭市第一人民医院，袭击正在看病的医生，造成1死2伤的惨剧，这一事件再度引爆脆弱的医患关系，全国各地的医护人员纷纷声援温岭市第一人民医院的医生。
10月28日凌晨，胡冰的个人微博贴出医院现场对峙的照片，并表达自己的观点：“医生和警察一样，因少数老鼠屎影响了整体形象，可是你不得不承认，这是两个辛苦而缺乏理解的职业！”
“他说的是实话，也反映大家的心声，但是我们确实为他捏了一把汗。”胡冰的一位同事对本刊记者回忆，胡冰并没有把自己的言论当一回事。
但是在胡冰提出辞职后，这成为网友们追溯的一条线索，认为这就是胡冰辞职的原因，胡冰的微博瞬间充满网友的留言：“冰哥挺住！”
“我的这条微博发出来后，公安局的领导们从未找过我麻烦，也从未说过我一句，那我哪里来的压力呢？”胡冰对外界说，他对“受压辞职”的说法感到无奈。
“工作就是一个围城。”作为一个从警12年的警官，在快要结束自己的职业生涯时，胡冰感慨。他的父亲曾在电话里劝他说，整个家族几十口人，现在就你一个人吃皇粮，要慎重考虑。但胡冰的微博发出后，父亲又来电，说邻居看到微博了，正在请他喝酒。
对于已婚的胡冰来说，妻子的意见弥足珍贵。妻子亦是警察，她对胡冰辞职既不反对也不支持，但是年轻一辈的侄子们却对叔叔的辞职高呼支持。
胡冰在辞职前，将自己的想法告诉大学时候的班主任，班主任回复他：人生的长度是一样的，但宽度可以不一样。胡冰说，辞职就是服从自己内心的选择，想换一个活法，让自己的人生更精彩一些。
辞职后的去向，胡冰并未多说，此前传言胡冰要去阿里巴巴公司工作，但是胡冰并未正式确认。
阿里巴巴作为一家传奇的公司，目前有两万多雇员，其创始人马云被誉为商界奇才，阿里巴巴是杭州新经济的象征，也是年轻人事业的梦想之地，业内猜测，胡冰如果真的到阿里巴巴也会做一些他擅长的工作。
警察也是人
胡冰被称为警察记者，对于中国的警媒关系，他有着深刻的了解。不少记者对重庆王立军时期警方所表现出的对媒体批评的强硬姿态还记忆犹新。
“这些年警媒关系比较紧张，但警察与记者确实应该相互了解。”胡冰说。对于新闻舆情热点，是胡冰的分内工作，他认为，媒体爆出警方的负面肯定是火爆的热点新闻，但有时候断章取义会扭曲警察的形象，警方觉得挺尴尬的。
“但是警方要多开口，如果警方关门一门心思办案，记者只能寻找外围的人员来试图还原真相，这样还原的事实可能有偏差，那这样的结果能怪谁呢？警察和记者是两个很类同的职业，他们的调查和采访，都是为了获取真相，匡扶正义，如果不能互相理解，真是很遗憾。”
“我能理解他对职业的感受，也理解他走出体制的想法。”同为微博上知名度很高的基层民警童建华告诉《瞭望东方周刊》。
童建华从警三十多年，至今还是正科级警官，他与胡冰有差不多一样的话，“要发财要当官别来当警察”。以胡冰所在的余杭公安分局为例，余杭公安分局有民警800多人，但全局处级岗位就那么几个。
童建华是宁波市公安局江东分局的一位警官，是宁波警界的红人。在网友们的眼中，他发言做事热心正直，从不怕得罪同行，也反映基层民警的普遍心声。宁波江东区的一些官员对童也很头疼，但是又没有办法，童有时候说自己是无欲无求。
胡冰曾对本刊记者谈起童建华，他对自己的辞职也有深思，他说，自己还年轻，如果再过五年，到接近40岁的年龄，那肯定只能安于现状，一条路走到退休。
近年来，香港警匪片电影的热播引起胡冰的兴趣，在光怪陆离的情节和刺激的镜头结束后，胡冰都会思索这些片子的意义，尤其是对电影里有血有肉的警察形象印象深刻，因此他很仔细地将整个幕后制作团队的资料再浏览一遍，他每次都能看到“香港警察公共关系处监制”的字样。
胡冰说，香港已经把警察请下神坛，是从一个人的角度来宣传警察，这点是值得我们学习的，警察也是人，他们怕疼，知道工作辛苦，也有加班的怨言。
