针对南苏丹近期紧张局势，外交部和中国驻南苏丹使馆已发布安全提醒，要求中国公民近期暂勿前往，非必要留南人员尽快撤离。中国驻南苏丹使馆已启动应急机制，要求南有关方面加强对中国公民和机构的安全保护，同时以多种方式提醒在南中国公民和机构加强安全防范。目前我们没有收到中国公民伤亡的报告。
外交部和中国驻南苏丹使馆将继续密切关注南苏丹局势发展，采取必要措施维护在南苏丹中国公民和机构的安全与合法权益。
问：据报道，中韩首次外交安全对话23日在北京举行。请介绍对话有关情况。
答：12月23日，中韩首次外交安全司局级对话在北京举行。中国外交部亚洲司司长罗照辉、韩国外交部东北亚局局长朴俊勇共同主持对话，两国外交部、国防部官员参加。外交部副部长刘振民会见了韩方代表团。双方就双边关系及共同关心的国际地区问题深入交换意见，一致同意进一步加强两国战略沟通和各领域合作，致力于维护地区和平、稳定与发展。
