黑龙江省政府安委会认真贯彻落实中央精神，按照黑龙江省委、省政府通知要求，迅速开展了对全省危险化学品输送管道安全的专项检查，并将检查中发现的重大隐患和问题予以曝光。
曝光名单中，共有6家企业(单位)在此次专项检查中被查出存在重大隐患和问题。分别是中国石油哈尔滨石化公司、中国石油黑龙江销售物流配送中心、农垦祖代鸡场、中国航油黑龙江分公司、中国石油大庆石化公司、中国石油大庆炼化公司。
同时，黑龙江省政府安委会要求，全省各相关市政府(系统)要认真履行安全生产属地管理职责，明确牵头部门，研究落实整改措施，督促协调按期完成整改。被曝光企业要严格落实隐患整改责任，制定整改方案，明确整改时限，彻底消除隐患。
