让受访消费者最担忧的信息安全问题主要有个人信息泄露、支付诈骗以及电脑账号被窃。学历越高，对个人信息泄露、个人网络行为泄露、位置信息泄露的关注度越高。
网购平台中，消费对电商提供的购物信息最不满意原因主要集中在虚假产品信息过多，产品描述不清晰、不全面，夸大描述与实物不符。电商售后服务满意度普遍较低，亚马逊、易迅网相对较高，淘宝网、当当网偏低。
专家说法
维护信息安全须完善法规
中国互联网协会信用评价中心法律顾问赵占领指出，目前我国尚缺乏相关标准规范和专门保护公民个人信息的法律，消费者隐私权很难获得有效的法律保护。如消费者很难证明个人信息是通过哪个渠道泄露出去的，也很难证明自身受到多少损失，目前的监管更多靠社会举报，政府部门才会介入。
赵占领为此建议，对严重侵犯消费者个人信息的侵权行为，消费者可以请求消协提起公益诉讼。
中消协秘书长姜天波认为，政府部门应及时出台措施，修订和完善相关法规和规章。
据了解，新消法已经将个人信息保护作为消费者的一种权益确认下来，国家工商总局要求把个人信息保护作为“12315”投诉举报中心单独申诉举报类别进行统计。
