Guangdong provincial Department of land and resources said the compensation criterion for land expropriation under market value impact, land acquisition and retention implementation is not in place, the rural land management, land acquisition and social security places lack operational rules, these are unstable factors influence social harmony and stability.

Guangdong provincial Department of land and resources said that Guangdong Province, will be established as soon as possible and adapted to the socio-economic development of land requisition compensation and land income distribution mechanism; strengthen the guidance and supervision of rural land resource management; soon expropriated farmers ' use of retirement pension and allocation rules, etc.
