Extra large transnational trafficking infant case of second instance， gangs had sold more than children in more than 20

From 2010 to the crime, the Group sold a total of children over more than 20, by the public security organs rescued 11 people. Rescued 11 children, the youngest born just 10 days or so, the biggest about 7 months, most suffering from pneumonia and other diseases.

On May 16, 2014, in fangchenggang city intermediate people's Court to the crime of trafficking in children in the first instance, sentenced to death accused Huang Qingheng, and confiscation of all his personal property. Another 23 defendants ranging from one year and ten months respectively to life imprisonment sentence.

After the verdicts, such as Huang Qingheng 7 defendants appeal against the judgment of the first instance and appeal to the higher people's Court of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Guangxi higher people's Court is scheduled for today (14th) at the fangchenggang City Intermediate Court of second instance case.

Total 13 defendants participating in the trial of second instance, apart from the appeal of 7 persons and the other 6 were invited to assist to attend the proceedings.

Second-instance trial, the appellant, prosecutors on abduction and sale of infants and the number of controversial.

Due to the complex case, trial is expected to last for two days, this case will be selective sentencing.
