Outlying islands of Hainan to set up tax-free online shopping platform

Xinhuanet, Haikou, August 20 (reporter Wang Cunfu)-reporters learned from the Hainan Provincial Department of finance, is actively pursuing the establishment of Hainan Islands duty-free online shopping platform, further magnifying Islands tax effect.
