This Accenture hybrid cloud solution is currently in beta phase, is expected on the market next year . For enterprise users, this undoubtedly adds a better Assistant options available. This feature in future, if applied to the Win10 Server Edition, likely will gain leverage in the new unified platform strategy for Microsoft.
