Public places in Urumqi would prohibit the wearing of Hooded robe

The same day, the Conference also appointed Ma Hongwei as Vice Mayor of Urumqi, Bureau of Urumqi city, Chen Xinping (municipal press and publication Bureau, city Copyright Bureau) Secretary, Urumqi, Zhang Zimin as Justice Secretary, comrade, and other decisions.

Meeting was chaired by the municipal people's Congress Director abudureyimu·abulizi. Party Secretary and Sui Jiping, Deputy Director of the municipal people's Congress, Deputy Director of the municipal people's Congress, aerken·aibibula, Ma Xuefeng, An Zhengyu, wooden Maiti·Baba flax, Vice Mayor Fan Xin and, municipal people's Congress Secretary-General Song Zhaogang, people's Procuratorate, as well as municipal intermediate people's Court, attended the meeting.
