Xigaze elected the first Government leadership， Zhang Hongbo Mayor

News Agency in Shigatse, December 13 (Xinhua Tang Chaoyang) in xigaze of Tibet Autonomous Region on December 13 elected its first local people's congresses, government leaders, former Deputy Secretary of CPC Tibet Shigatse prefectural Administrative Office of Commissioner Shigatse city, prefectural Communist Party Secretary Zhang Hongbo was elected as the first mayor.
