出现问题一查，买的是翻新机

去年底，陈先生等人的装修队做完了在黄埔的一个工程，为工人发放工资后，大家就可以提早返乡过春节。由于收入不错，陈先生和工友商量后，打算为工人一人买一部苹果手机当年终奖励，让大家开开心心回家过年。经朋友推荐，陈先生带着工友在黄埔区东联路上的两家刚开业的手机店内先后购买了40部iPhone6。

陈先生表示，他前去购买时，对这些手机来自何处，商家未作出明晰解释，而只是称“绝对是正品”。但是，不少工友带着手机回家过年时却发现问题，要么是电池不够用，要么是通话质量很差，还有就是耳机听不清楚。有工友将手机序列号在苹果官方网站输入后，竟发现手机已过了保质期。春节过后回到广州，部分工友将手机拿到苹果售后服务处，工作人员称手机是翻新手机。

工商介入解决，店家愿意退款

3月15日，陈先生带着从工人手中收回的40部苹果手机，到黄埔区南岗工商投诉。南岗工商经查明，陈先生所投诉的黄埔区鸿美吉通讯器材店和鸿讯升通讯器材店，属于同一投资者。在调查现场，工商所工作人员在苹果公司官网输入IMEI号码，查证手机保修期，经核对，陈先生购买的40部手机中有12部保修期过期，28部为正常激活或仍未激活的手机。

被投诉商家称，其销售的手机大部分是自己通过经销商进货的，当货源紧急时，会临时从其他供应商调货，这类临时调取的苹果手机，他们也没核实是否保修期过期。

经工商调解，商家愿意为上述40部手机全部办理退款。同时，黄埔区市场监督管理局表示，商家退款后，工商仍将针对被投诉人是否存在故意隐瞒真实情况、欺诈消费者情况做进一步的跟踪处理。

3月18日，南都记者来到黄埔区东联路，找到了涉事店铺，该店铺门牌有“苹果手机专卖”字样。记者进店咨询店内所卖的苹果手机，店员称“只有国行，绝对是正品、全新”，店内张贴有“假一赔十”标语。
