说到工匠精神,手机圈中最早提出这一宣传口号的应该是魅族。在魅族转型之前,木匠黄章一直是工匠精神的代表人物,据称这一时期的魅族手机在外观设计上都经由他本人亲自打磨定夺,于是就有了MX系列堪称“非主流”的16:10比例屏幕、独特的小圆圈Home键以及饱受诟病的Flyme系统SmartBar栏。转型之后的魅族在产品上似乎没有了以往的偏执,为了迎合消费者,上述三点全部舍弃。不过这时的魅族仍以“工匠精神”作为宣传口号,这一点我们已经在人民日报和春晚的广告中看到。
事实上,工匠精神被广为报道是从罗永浩开始的。为了给锤子手机造势,罗永浩把自己塑造成一位对产品精雕细琢的工匠,然后将“工匠精神”赋以锤子手机,提升产品逼格的同时也打动了不少消费者。从产品来看,锤子T1在外观设计上确实可圈可点,尤其三大实体按键显得特立独行,似乎与工匠精神中存在的偏执刚好贴合。虽然后来罗永浩退居二线,锤子科技逐渐淡化他的个人色彩,但新一代锤子手机仍然继承了之前的设计,这应该是其工匠精神的延续。
现在,不再发烧且声称回归初心的小米也打出了这样的口号,工匠精神似乎成了一股新的潮流。那么,到底什么是工匠精神?来自百度百科的解释是:工匠精神是指工匠对自己的产品精雕细琢,精益求精的精神理念。其精神内涵是,工匠们喜欢不断雕琢自己的产品,不断改善自己的工艺;工匠们对细节有很高要求,追求完美和极致,对精品有着执着的坚持和追求,把品质从99%提高到99.99%,其利虽微,却长久造福于世。
无需多言,通过与上述释义的对比,大家基本应该有了自己的见解。实际上,现在厂商口中的“工匠精神”与之前口口声声提到的“超越苹果”大抵一个意思。我们并不否认现在国产厂商在产品上的努力,但在目前一个个都追逐市场的情形下,“工匠精神”更多的成了一种宣传噱头。当然,相信消费者的眼睛是雪亮的,本文所述三家厂商究竟哪家更契合“工匠精神”,大家不妨发表一下自己的看法。
