2016 Q1 revenue surge 31% Baidu, Baidu wallet user earnings soar-Baidu, Baidu-IT information

财报数据显示，第一季度，百度来自网络营销的收入为149.31亿元，同比增长19.3%。2016年3月，移动搜索月活跃用户数达到6.63亿，同比增长9%；百度地图移动端月活跃用户数达到3.21亿，同比增长19%。在本地生活服务领域，由百度糯米、百度外卖、百度钱包等共同构成的百度电商化交易总额（GMV）为160亿元，同比增长268%。截至2016年3月底，百度钱包的已激活账户数量达6500万个，比去年同期增长152%。
财报中，百度对2016年第二季度的业绩进行了展望：预计2016年第二季度，百度营收总额将会介于201.10亿元（约合31.19亿美元）到205.80亿元（约合31.92亿美元）之间，同比增长21.3%到24.2%。移除去哪儿影响，预计同比增长在28.1%到31.1%。该展望只代表基于当前情况的初步预测，不排除今后有调整的可能。
百度还宣布了一项董事会人员变动。原董事会成员、审计委员会主席William Decker因退休退出董事会，由Brent Callinicos接任该职位。Brent Callinicos曾任Uber CFO，2015年10月起成为百度董事会独立董事。
