跨界整合面临技术和市场难题

此外,并购可能是苹果产业链公司跨界的最好路径。安洁科技是苹果功能性器件的核心供应商,市场份额接近五成,从苹果公司获得营收曾接近40%。2014年公司通过收购进入汽车电子领域,并在2015年逐渐取得突破,绑定大客户博世,成为汽车电子二级供应商。2015年财报显示,博世占安洁收入约6%,安洁汽车电子业务也主要来自博世。

眼下,安洁科技也有可能将成为特斯拉的合作伙伴。4月份,安洁科技称目前正在配合特斯拉新产品的研发和试产,小批量生产一些有关电池类的配件。
