而作为台积电的大客户苹果，目前其A10处理器已经小量出货，随着iPhone7/7 Plus的上市，预计在9、10月份出货量到达高峰，届时对台积电第三季度的业绩会有明显贡献，而苹果下一代A11处理器则有望在明年中投入量产。
