模式之争

一直处于聚光灯下的专车司机此前更多是以这样的形象见诸报端:不管是开特斯拉的易到用车司机,还是开着凯美瑞、帕萨特加盟经济型专车的师傅,月入过万唾手可得。

按照赶集网去年发布的《2014年O2O自由职业者分析报告》统计,专车司机平均税后收入8509元,已经超过白领收入最高的城市上海。

当时,各专车公司都能找到不少月入两三万元的专车司机。只不过,这样羡煞旁人的致富故事更多停留在2014年年末到2015年春节前。

来自这些专车司机最多的抱怨是:“当初都是我们这帮司机帮他们打下了市场,现在他们有司机有用户,就不管我们死活了。”

对于滴滴、优步等已经拥有足够用户积累和司机储备的专车平台来说,上述事件在掀起一阵舆论风波之后很快销声匿迹。但对于其他专车平台,整个市场都在疯狂融资,指望在花光所有钱之前耗死对手并不现实。

于是,除最早进入战局的神州专车外,大众交通、首汽约车等几家新的专车平台也都默契地选择了B2C(商对客)的模式来发展业务,从而避开激烈竞争下的双向高额补贴,以及高订单量叠加所造成的亏损。

移动出行市场上的创业项目最初普遍采用了C2C(客对客)模式,但神州专车一开始就将私家车和兼职司机拦在门外,通过租赁车辆、雇用专业司机,走差异化路线。

一名神州专车的“忠粉”告诉本报记者,他一直用神州专车,体验非常好。“有司机告诉我,神州的管理很专业,为每位司机缴金。”该乘客表示,专车司机还告诉他,神州招募司机时的考核要求很严,“其中有一项是将车停进某一区域,但同时又要为车子的周边留出一定的距离,光这一项就淘汰了不少人。”

从管理模式来看,B2C的模式显然更利于对司机服务的监管,但除了更为高昂的定价,绕不开的问题是B2C专车平台高企的管理成本最终会传导至用户端,在当前“哪家便宜就用哪家”的专车乘客面前,神州专车注定无法与滴滴、Uber等竞争对手动辄千万、百万辆级别的司机规模相比。
