重庆晨报-上游新闻记者获悉，“偷官女贼”唐水燕盗窃案将于6月3日上午在安徽省合肥市中院公开开庭审理。
“偷官女贼”跨七省作案
因为多次进入过“大人物”的办公室和家里偷盗，唐水燕被公众称为“偷官女贼”。
重庆晨报-上游新闻记者梳理发现，从2008年至2014年，唐水燕先后在江苏、浙江、河南、湖南、山西、山东、安徽7省份作案，盗窃地点涉及11个政府、事业单位办公室以及13名官员的家中，涉案金额上百万。
办公室里名烟、购物卡最多
重庆晨报-上游新闻记者统计发现，唐水燕曾在多地教育局、银行、财政局、检验检疫局等单位办公室行窃，盗得最多的就是名烟。
其中，2008年在江苏省检验检疫局一间办公室，唐水燕窃得软包装中华香烟20条。
2012年9月，唐水燕进入湖北银行多间办公室，窃得冬虫夏草一盒、黄鹤楼1916香烟30余条。
2009年唐水燕的作案地点几乎为各大银行办公室，每次都收获颇丰，偷得最多的是商场购物卡与香烟。
2010年12月，唐水燕在河南省教育厅一间办公室，窃得卡地亚手表1块，中华牌香烟数10条。
厅官家属报案失窃百余万
伴随着盗窃案的侦破，也牵出了2名厅官的受贿案。
2013年起，唐水燕开始与20岁的房云云合伙作案，将目标转向了官员的家中。她们先后在湖南、山东、安徽等多地作案，其中在安徽两名厅官家盗窃财物价值200多万元，将失窃者安徽省银监局副局长胡沅以及安徽省食药监局副局长陈书华推上了风口浪尖。
2014年5月23日，合肥市公安局蜀山分局接到市民张瑞红报案称：其家中被盗购物卡、纪念币、玉器等物品价值150余万元。
2014年5月26日，侦查员周密布控，在合肥市一小区将刚实施完盗窃离开现场的房云云、唐水燕抓获。
检方的起诉书中显示，2014年5月23日，唐水燕将盗窃地址提供给房云云，房云云用假发、帽子伪装后采用技术开锁的方式进入张瑞红家，窃得购物卡300余张、手机卡50张、珍珠项链3条、黄金首饰3件、玉制品3件、欧米茄女士手表1块，共计489157.3万元。
而张瑞红正是安徽省银监局副局长胡沅的妻子。一个厅级官员家中失窃价值100余万元的东西，消息一经发出引发公众关注。一时间，唐水燕和房云云被网友称为“偷官女贼”。
2015年12月，安徽省银监局副局长胡沅涉嫌受贿罪开庭，检方指控，胡沅涉嫌受贿的金额为140余万元。其中夫妻俩涉嫌共同受贿100万元。目前，张瑞红案一审被判处有期徒刑五年六个月，胡沅案仍在审。
官员家中藏金银砖块、多块名表
另一名因为唐水燕、房云云举报接受调查的官员为安徽省安徽省食药监局副局长陈书华。
检 方的起诉书显示，2014年5月26日，唐水燕将盗窃地址提供给房云云并帮助其望风，房云云利用假发、帽子伪装后采用技术开锁方式进入一住户家中，在唐水 燕电话指挥下窃得购物卡近100张、金、银砖5块、欧米茄牌女士手表2块、coach牌女士手表1块，天梭牌男士手表1块、玉制品3件、红宝石项链1条等 价值160451元。
此后，房云云在该小区3栋电梯口出被侦查人员抓获，唐水燕在小区外被抓获。
多个交叉信息源显示，房云云与唐水燕入室盗窃的这家是安徽省食药监局副局长陈书华。
据媒体报道，被抓获后，房云云和唐水燕举报的两名厅官中其中一名就是陈书华，陈书华已被纪委调查，但目前仍未立案。不过，重庆晨报-上游新闻记者注意到，2015年11月25日当地已经免去陈书华的安徽省食品药品监督管理局副局长职务（保留副厅级待遇）。
行窃的办公室多名官员落马
在这些被她行窃过办公室的官员中，之后也有落马的。
据媒体早前报道称，唐水燕发现自己供述的偷窃对象中，贵州农村信用社原理事长王术君和贵州省原交通厅长程孟仁已分别于2013年、2014年被调查、处理。她为莲都分局所写的供述材料中，曾提到2012年7月和10月对两人的办公室实施过盗窃。
唐水燕还交代，2009年后多次偷官员办公室，并拍了办公室照片为证，列了一个赃物清单。
唐水燕说，2012年10月10日晚，她进入贵州省交通厅802室的门，桌上的铭牌显示是厅长程孟仁。她在柜子里看到很多礼品，有香烟、冬虫夏草、茅台等。她在抽屉里拿了一个苹果笔记本电脑和一些黄金首饰、一块浪琴手表、两三套金银纪念币。
当唐水燕被抓后准备把照片交给警方，希望移交纪委时，警方发现程孟仁已落马。
6月2日，唐水燕的辩护律师仲若辛告诉重庆晨报-上游新闻记者，由于案件跨度时间较长，已于2日上午进行了庭前会议，控辩双方就一些证据方面的问题进行了讨论，并达成了一些共识。
6月3日上午，唐水燕盗窃案将在安徽省合肥市中院公开开庭审理。
