Last year from the United States The Information technology website reported that Google was considering buying popular United States artificial meat burger startups Impossible Foods. It is reported that Google was Impossible Foods bid between $ 200 million to $ 300 million. But because the two sides could not reach an agreement on price that the deal eventually failed to become a reality.

For that decision, Brown explained: "in short, I do not think anything bad about Google. We are a goal-oriented company that Google exists in many areas of business interest, and we hope to continue to control their own destiny. In other words, we do not want our own success depends on a company that is engaged in a number of business, from time to time and to apply for resources and support, so we are at this stage any takeover is unreasonable. ”

Analysts believe that the Google acquisition Impossible Foods seems to be the main business of the company without any contact. But Google has a team of 90 people, all have a deep background in science and food scientists. And Google really has a world-class research and development team, including the development of driverless cars, medical care and other products.

Impossible Foods's goal is not just to get people eating more green and healthy, and also hope that the weak many livestock population in developing countries are able to afford future will sell cheaper plants in Hamburg.

"We provide the perfect ingredients for the meat lovers, but these ingredients at the same time they are very health conscious. "Brown said.

It is worth mentioning that last November, the VC-dimension of the Li Ka-Shing Hong Kong join hands in Google, Bill Gates (Bill Gates) 's joint venture company paid $ 74 million investment of ImpossibleFoods.

It is reported that when the Impossible when first introduced Foods products, this beef burger prices with the ordinary price of organic meat burger, but Mr Brown said the price will be reduced gradually in a few years as the technology matures.

Impossible Foods

Impossible Foods
