唐睿思说,中国企业要想实现全球认可需要以下四个方面的根本转变:“第一是吸引研究、产品开发、运营和业务管理方面最杰出的全球人才;第二,采取技术领军者思维模式,投资并侧重于能引起持续性差异化的专有技术突破;第三,精于架构和执行与全球技术领军者的合作关系;第四,鼓励愿意进行较长期投资和跨业务周期投资的耐心型金融资本。”

根据麦肯锡的报告显示,以上的转变对于缩小中资半导体企业的技术缺口至关重要。唐睿思指出,麦肯锡近期在中国展开的产品开发经理调查表明,跨国半导体供应商在技术性能、供应可靠性和技术支持质量等方面显著领先于本土企业。

除了上述几点外,中国市场想诞生半导体行业的领军企业,还需要长期有耐心的资本。康睿思表示,半导体行业需要等待很长的时间才能见效,并不是一夜之间就有大突破,在半导体行业要成功是没有捷径的。
