据媒体报道，赵小姐上月25号突然发现自己的iPhone和苹果电脑同时进入了丢失模式，设备被锁定，弄得自己一头雾水，明明自己的手机就在身边。而要想解锁设备，就需要重新登录，但赵小姐发现自己的Apple ID密码已被更改，同时还收到了一封由“自己”发出的邮件，邮件称，“设备已丢失，手机被锁，解锁加QQXXXXX，序号PS106”。

赵小姐这才明白自己的苹果账号和邮箱账号都已被盗，随后联系苹果客服与向警方报案。但由于通过苹果客服解锁设备需要发票凭证及长时间等待，赵小姐无奈之下加了对方的QQ号，对方提供了价目表，该账号下有6台苹果设备，对方计算之后提出需要3200元解锁。

目前赵小姐并未给对方打钱，而是尝试按照客服人员的指引，联系设备供应商补开票据，以寻求苹果公司的解锁。

为了避免苹果账号被盗，用户可以通过苹果提供的“两步验证”来增加账号安全性，通过苹果官网完成二步验证后，可以设置一个密码并关联个人手机，如果不法分子要修改苹果账号的密码，既需要提供这个单独的二步验证密码，还需要通过手机接收验证码。
