滴滴深入人心

在中国O2O市场,烧钱去抢占市场份额的做法并不少见。打车服务也不例外,司机和乘客常常都能获得高额补贴。Uber承认,每年在中国烧掉超过10亿美元的资金。滴滴出行CEO程维2015年则表示,滴滴手握40亿美元准备用于“培育市场”。市场领先公司的融资水平表明,这样的烧钱仍将继续。滴滴获得苹果10亿美元投资的三周之后,Uber就宣布获得了沙特主权财富基金的35亿美元投资。

根据我们对北京、深圳、南京、成都、武汉和太原23名司机的访问,司机愿意同时使用多个平台。

补贴水平会频繁调整。在近期北京的一个早间高峰时间,Uber司机最多可以获得公司的1.8倍补贴,而补贴上限为每单50元人民币。如果司机完成了22单,那么还将获得额外100元人民币的奖金。滴滴快车的司机则可以获得最多1.4倍的补贴,每单补贴上限为40元人民币。完成20单的奖金为80元人民币。

一些司机表示,相对于Uber,他们更倾向于滴滴。这是因为,滴滴每天都会与司机结算,而Uber只能按周结算。不过,根据补贴水平的变化,大部分司机会在不同服务之间来回切换。小规模服务,例如神州优车和易到用车,往往每单价格更高,但这些应用无法获得足够多的流量来保障司机的收入

从字面上看中央政府的态度,可以发现政府部门有理由欢迎这类服务。这些服务具有创新性,受互联网驱动,针对大城市中心严重的交通拥堵问题提供了解决方案。从2005年到2014年,私家车数量增长了691%,而出租车数量仅增长了15%,这导致许多城市的出租车运力不足。(如下图所示)

在北京,有约9.5万专车司机通过打车应用工作,而出租车数量为6.75万辆。
