面对这样的尴尬市场，不少司机选择离职或跳槽。易到用车司机韩磊最近新加入一个微信群中，成为圈中好友。像这样的微信群、QQ群韩磊已有8-9个，分别由来自滴滴出行、易到用车、人民优步等各个平台的司机组建。
韩磊对北京商报记者表示，这样的司机内部交流群里除了常规的吐槽之外，更多的是信息互通有无，比如，这周滴滴出行“满单奖”更容易完成，或是人民优步的高峰冲单奖励倍数更高。“几乎大部分司机在各个平台都会注册，哪个平台奖励更高就拉哪个平台的乘客。”按照韩磊的总结来看，专车司机更像是某些国外电影中的雇佣兵，哪里钱多去哪里。
