　　iPhone6 被禁售的消息源自北京市知识产权局今年5月作出的一份专利侵权案的处理结果，该局判定苹果iPhone6和iPhone6Plus两款手机侵犯了一家中国 手机厂商佰利的外观设计专利，并作出行政处罚，责令苹果电脑贸易（上海）有限公司停止销售iPhone6、iPhone6Plus两款手机。

　　苹果公司针对这一事件表示，上个月已就北京市知识产权局的这一决定提起行政诉讼，处罚决定有待北京知识产权法院审议；iPhone6和 iPhone6Plus产品目前仍在中国市场正常销售。这说明针对苹果的禁售令并没有实际生效，最终是否会执行，还要看法院的判决结果。

　　据了解，苹果“抄袭”的是中国手机厂商佰利，其曾与爱奇艺合作推出定制机“100+”手机。不过这个品牌去年已退出市场。根据此案中的专利信息，佰利相关手机产品的专利申请于2014年1月13日，授权公告日为2014年7月9日，确实早于苹果iPhone6发布的2014年9月。而佰利获得专利的手机外观 和iPhone6的外观对比来看，两款手机确有相似之处。
