广东省公安厅党委委员、办公室主任逯峰介绍，根据公安部和省委、省政府的统一部署，省公安厅党委决定今年组织全省公安机关开展“安网2016”专项行动。6月12日至17日，全省公安机关统一行动，并派出工作组赴海南、广西、湖南、福建、云南等11个省开展抓捕。行动中，共抓获侵犯公民个人信息犯罪嫌疑人379名，打掉犯罪团伙78个，破案130宗，带破诈骗、盗窃等其他类型案件832起，扣押服务器、电脑、手机等714部，收缴被泄露、窃取、倒卖的公民个人信息超过1.1亿条。其中，在茂名市侦破的苏某光侵犯公民个人信息案件中，犯罪嫌疑人多次向电信诈骗团伙以每条0.4至1元的价格出售公民个人信息。

目前，该团伙6名成员全部归案，其中包括出售电子邮箱账户密码数据的嫌疑人两名、涉嫌侵犯公民个人信息和非法获取计算机信息系统数据的嫌疑人1名。

经核查，该团伙一共对440多个苹果ID申请退款，退款总额达18多万元。截至案发后，还有260多个苹果ID的密码仍然是嫌疑人作案中修改的密码。也就是说，这260多个苹果用户还没有找回自己的苹果ID密码。

警方提示：只要掌握了苹果ID对应的电子邮箱账户和密码，就有可能修改苹果ID的账户和密码，苹果用户要加强账户密码的保护，以免给不法人员以可乘之机。

警方提示：

曾某军供述，其在2014年通过互联网认识湛江籍数个诈骗团伙。该团伙向其购买域名、空间，要其制作虚假的游戏交易网站。曾某军在明知对方使用该游戏交易网站进行诈骗的情况下，还将这些诈骗网站出售给诈骗团伙。每个诈骗网站出售金额为500元，每换一次域名100元。各诈骗团伙利用曾某军制作的网站大肆行骗。目前，曾某军已被刑事拘留。

警方提示：在网上交易需要到正规的交易平台网站，同时要注意鉴别网址真伪，不要轻信QQ群、博客、论坛上的交易信息。注意保护个人信息，防止个人信息泄露，不使用个人身份信息注册账户或设置密码。不轻易点击来历不明的网站链接，下载未经核实的应用软件，防止木马病毒窃取个人信息。
