市民唐先生前几日在某知名购物网站上花费1000元购买了一部苹果5S手机，因为是货到付款，唐先生觉得没有问题。过了几天手机到了，唐先生当场收货、验货并支付了购机费1000元。将手机拿回家后，唐先生发现收到的手机外壳是苹果5S，开机后竟然是安卓系统，而且电池和摄像头都有问题，于是联系卖家询问，对方还很客气说是发货装错了，让唐先生将手机邮寄回去重新发货。

过了几天，唐先生收到卖家第二次发来的手机，打开一看竟是一个破纸壳，于是再次联系卖家，卖家又接着忽悠说是被物流掉了包，并承诺再给唐先生发一次，唐先生等了几天，第三次还是收到一个破纸壳，再联系卖家时，对方已失踪了，店铺也已经关闭，唐先生于是报警求助。

民警告知唐先生是遭遇了网购骗局，第一次邮个问题手机就是为了让其付款，之后都是拖延忽悠，最后一走了之。唐先生也称大意了，收货时只看了看外壳，没有开机检查。民警对唐先生进行详细询问并做了记录，目前辖区派出所已对此进行调查。
