昨天，这起案子中的犯罪嫌疑人张某、姚某在温州市瓯海区人民法院受审。让人诧异的是，此案的主犯张某是个快递员，根本不懂技术。那么，他是怎么在不直接接触的前提下，远程锁定他人的苹果设备的呢？

经查，张某和姚某被抓时，已经成功实施敲诈59起，非法所得近3万元。

张某，28岁，江苏人，之前做过快递员。

案发前，张某在闲暇之余，在网上看到有人在炫耀，利用某种方法远程锁定他人的苹果设备，再向受害人索要钱财的“事迹”。张某多方打听，很快弄懂了这种方法。他通过网络自学苹果手机从被锁到解锁的方法，想着效仿那名黑客“赚外快”。

去年5月，张某通过某些途径，500个一块钱的价格，购买了大量网易126邮箱账号和密码。

随后，张某登录苹果官方网站，逐个测试这些邮箱是否注册过苹果账户。没想到，还真被他试出不少。张某将这些“有效”的邮箱全部打上标记，保存了下来。

之后，张某利用手中邮箱，将这些注册过的苹果账户修改了密码，并用新邮箱账号替换了原来这个绑定邮箱账号。之后，他利用新邮箱登陆苹果iCloud，只需通过“查找我的iPhone功能”，就能将这个iCloud绑定的苹果设备设置成丢失或被抹去状态。

承办法官告诉记者，如此一来，张某就能在完全不用接触到受害者苹果设备的情况下，对其进行远程锁定，即便受害者将设备拿到苹果官方维修店，也无法解锁。

以解锁为由实施敲诈，每部收解锁费300～800元

事实上，为了向被害人索要钱财，张某在锁定设备的同时，还会在设备屏幕上留言，“此设备ID已抹掉”，并留下了自己的“解锁”QQ号。

待机主联系时，他便要求支付相应的“解锁费”，苹果5系以前的手机收取300至400元，而苹果新一代的机型，收取700至800元等的解锁费。

据调查，从去年9月起，张某嫌一个人干太累，又雇佣姚某，专门修改苹果账户的密码及绑定电子邮箱。

去年11月，张某主动向公安机关投案，姚某也被公安机关抓捕归案。

法庭上，张某与姚某对犯罪事实供认不讳，并当庭作了忏悔。法院将择期对此案作出宣判。

昨天，记者联系网易邮箱客服，对于本案中出现的邮箱安全问题，这位客服人员表示目前还没有更好的解决办法。

承办法官提醒说，对于使用类似账号的苹果手机用户，要定期更换密码，以防被不法分子钻了空子。
