除了在全球范围内技术工艺等层面的原因之外,国内面板厂商的产业链配套能力以及专利短板也是OLED产品在中国市场推广中亟待解决的问题。

工信部电子信息司电子基础处副处长金磊认为,显示面板产业还存在一些问题,中国企业的产业链配套能力相对薄弱,高世代面板大部分设备、材料基本上还是依赖进口。

此外,国内面板厂商在OLED专利上的短板也不容忽视。李亚琴表示,三星的专利远超其他所有面板厂商,达到1万件以上的水平,比国内厂商的数量多出十几倍。国内面板厂商目前还没有量产柔性屏幕,一旦量产会在国际市场上面临专利问题。高通与魅族、华为与苹果的专利诉讼就已经说明,专利缺失会让企业陷入明显的被动局面

金磊表示,目前从专利数量来看,中国大陆是排在比较后的位置。大部分专利还是在日本、美国、韩国手里。OLED产业链是比较长的,从材料、设备、中游面板到下游产品应用,专利环节比较多,希望在这方面能够继续做好推动工作。

虽然已经有行业权威人士对OLED的问题进行“定调”,但LCD与OLED的博弈还在继续。从某个角度来说,产业的博弈和人们的争论对OLED的发展起到了一定的推动作用。OLED离我们还有多远,怎样拉近中间的距离,也将会在不断的“定调”和争论过程中找到答案。
